Please read this shopping guide carefully as it details our terms and conditions. By using any part of this website, including completing any customer registration with us and/or placing any order on the website, you will be deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.

Identity
Live Life Naturally is the trading name of Live Life Naturally, a division of Newberry Valley, registered at Woodlands, Combe Martin, Devon, EX34 0AT.

Copyrights and ownership
This website and its contents are owned by Live Life Naturally. Any use of the website or its contents including copying and storing images without prior permission for commercial purposes is prohibited. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.

Payment
Payments for orders through the website can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Solo and Switch.

Payment will be debited from your account immediately by Sage Pay (previously known as Protx). Payment by cheque to Newberry Valley is also acceptable – please note however in this case you will need to order via telephone and no goods will be sent out until the cheque has cleared, usually 5 working days.

Delivery
We aim to deliver goods within 3-5 working days where possible and at the latest within 7 business working days of your order if the products are in stock.

Should any of the products not be in stock, you will be advised of an approximate delivery date after your order has been processed. Please be clear with regard to your address, as additional charges for redelivery will be incurred by yourself. However some items may be out of stock or special order. In this instance it may take up to 21 days to deliver your goods.

Once we despatch the goods we cannot be liable for any delay by Post and to this extent we will not enter into any compensation agreement due to the late delivery of any item.

Cancellation
You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the goods under the distance selling regulations. However, returning the goods to us in the condition in which they were dispatched is your responsibility and we would either refund or exchange them.

Returns Policy
We do not accept responsibility for postage of returned goods. However, in case you are sent a faulty item, we will reimburse you. You will need to inform us within 48 hours of delivery for any items damaged on delivery.

We can only accept products that are not torn, damaged, used or altered. You are entitled to a full product refund if goods are sent within 7 working days of receipt.

Prices
All prices shown do not include delivery charges.  Postage and packing will be added at checkout.  Live Life Naturally reserves the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

Data Privacy
Customer information is kept strictly confidential on secure encrypted servers.  Live Life Naturally does not retain credit card information and we do not and will not pass your details on to any third party.

We abide by the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
