This page is devoted to answering any questions that you may have regarding our products or services. We endeavour to be as helpful as possible and hope that this covers any issue that you may have.

Can I order over the phone?
Yes of course, our order number is 01271 816032 and is available between 9.00am and 4.00pm every day.

How quickly do you post orders out on the standard delivery rate?
If the product is in stock we will endeavour to get it out to you in within 2 working days.  But please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

If the product is out of stock, we will give you an estimated delivery date.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel an order, once accepted by us, for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

What if I buy something that doesn't look quite right once I receive it, can I return it?
In this circumstance, please either e-mail or call so that we can find out the details.

All goods sold are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, which allow for a seven day 'cooling off' period during which time you may cancel your order by sending us either a letter or e-mail at any time up to and including the seventh working day after the day on which you received your purchase.

Goods must be returned in their original condition to Live Life Naturally within 14 days after date of receiving the item, for a full refund or exchange.
 
With faulty goods, if the fault is due to a manufacturing defect, we will offer an exchange or refund, where possible within the first 14 days of purchase.
 
Damaged goods must be reported to Live Life Naturally within 48 hours of delivery of the goods. After this time we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported.

Please note: We cannot refund postage costs

Do you ship abroad and if so, what's the delivery charge?

Naturally, the cost of shipping abroad is dependent on what you intend to buy. E-mail us with a list of what you wish to order and we'll weigh it, give you a quote and then you can make your mind up before you commit.
