Delivery

The information below details our usual deleivery costs and will be resumed as soon as the disruption comes to an end.

For all items, delivery costs vary depending on what you order and how much it weighs.

Mainland UK* orders over £75 qualify for FREE Standard Delivery.

All other orders under £75: For overall parcel weight:

    Up to 500g                  £3.95
    500g to1kg                  £4.95
    From 1 kg to 2kg         £6.95
    Over 2kg                     £7.95

If your item is in stock, we will do our utmost to send out your order within 1 to 2 days. At busy periods it may take us a little longer.

We generally use Royal Mail second class or standard parcel: a signature may be required for delivery. Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday - if you know you are usually out during the day, ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.

This service should take between 3 to 5 working days.

* Please note that we are currently unable to offer delivery on overseas orders via the online ordering system (including Ireland, and Northern Ireland if over 2kg) – however please call or email us for delivery costs and to place an order.

Re-delivery
If you know you will be out, please do provide a delivery address where packages can be received, as once orders have been returned to us a re-delivery charge of £4.95 will be incurred.
